This temperature range helps maintain the product's performance and stability by preventing issues caused by temperature extremes: high temperatures can accelerate the oxidation of oils and destabilize the emulsion (leading to separation and spoilage), while low temperatures can cause water-oil separation and result in the texture solidifying or clumping.
Additionally, do not store the product in the refrigerator, as frequent temperature fluctuations can accelerate spoilage; simply keep it in a dry, well-ventilated indoor area away from direct light.
